Health checks are a cost-effective way to improve employee health and wellbeing, and research suggests that the ROI is likely to be anywhere between £1 & £3 to £1 & £8. However, by utilising the Workforce wellbeing report you will be able to establish baseline metrics for your business and monitor the effectiveness and ROI of your health check programme over time and establish the precise ROI for your business.
In a sense, yes. You won't be given access to your employees individual results or any means of associating results with an individual, but the aggregated and anonymised data provided in your company wellbeing report will provide you with an overview of scores for each assessment including the company average, the highest and the lowest scores to help you identify problem areas, and our senior clinical team will provide a summary of the results and recommendations in the report also.
We recommend that staff be given an annual health check. This enables you to measure changes to the workforce's health profile over time and provides employees with an annual reminder of the importance of their health to themselves and to the business. Any less frequent than this and we find that engagement with the service is lower.
Our health checks have been designed to be suitable for all employees regardless of their role, position within the business or the industry that they work in However typically the Essential and Advanced health checks are the ones most suitable to provide across the entire workforce and the Premium health check, with its additional blood tests and ECG are usually most suited to senior management as they are similar to those which senior managers may have received in previous roles through other healthcare providers.
