Whilst our health checks are not used to determine an employee’s fitness for work, they are a tool for health promotion – to bring awareness to health in the workplace and encourage employees to adopt positive changes to their lifestyle.

As well as covering all aspects of an employee’s health, during our health checks our occupational health nurses can signpost employees to other professionals for additional guidance and support. Our health checks also help employees to monitor the effectiveness of adjustments made to their lifestyle and act as positive reinforcement of the changes they make.
